The gym offers one-on-one personal training and specializes to help individuals with special needs. This is one of the best and convenient gyms that help traumatic brain injury survivors. No matter how much support you need, you will be working with a supportive community that will give you the required encouragement.

  1. Revolution Fitness and Therapy

This gym is located at 4940 Darrow Rd Stow. Revolution Fitness & Therapy open from Mondays to Fridays from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm but is closed weekends. If you want to lose weight, the gym has professionals who will help you determine your caloric intake and develop a personalized program for you to achieve your goals. The routine of the gym always changes so you won’t be bored. It offers personal training and is a private gym.

  1. Fitworks Stow

Fitworks Stow is located at 4301 Kent Rd Ste 26, Stow OH 44224. The gym is spacious, attractive, and has many kinds of gym equipment. It has excellent trainers and the price is pocket-friendly. If you are looking for a gym that offers Zumba, aerobics and more this is the place to go.

Body Builders is the best gym for lifters. This is the place if you want a gym with tons of weight. This gym will take your workout to the next level because of its trainers and equipment. However, it is not a family fitness center, rec center or a new year resolution goal.
