Maid to Satisfy (a 17 year old company incorporated in Ohio) remains open through this period.  Our company fulfills very important and essential disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning services to residential homes and commercial facilities throughout Ohio communities.

We recognize the concerns of our clients and the concerns of our staff and have developed extensive operating procedures for these challenging times.

• All staff are receiving ongoing training on the use of our hospital grade germicidal Micro-Kill Bleach wipes used to disinfect clients High Touch Surfaces, doorknobs, light switches, sink handles, and other surfaces.    These wipes are being used on every cleaning and are effective at killing the Covid-19 virus in under 1 minute according to the EPA.
• We have increased the hydrogen peroxide concentration in our multi-purpose cleaners which is a key ingredient in several disinfectants used against Covid-19.
• All staff are instructed to wash their hands upon entry into any home or commercial facility and at the end of each cleaning, once they wash their hands they will put on clean gloves and wear those the entire time cleaning.
• At the end of each cleaning, the home or commercial facility is thoroughly disinfected including all our equipment, mop poles, dusting poles, vacuum handles, etc.
• Company vehicles are disinfected at the end of each day with the same hospital grade disinfectant wipes.
• We’ve also implemented strict social distancing policies that restrict how many cleaners are allowed in our office at once and we’ve restricted the crews from stopping and going inside any public facilities, such as gas stations or fast-food restaurants during the day.
• Our offices are also being thoroughly disinfected twice daily.
• All microfiber cloths used for cleaning are now being washed in a High-Temperature Sanitizing Washer and being dried on the highest heat setting possible as to not melt the fibers.

In addition to these changes, we have placed orders for nearly 200 cloth masks for our office staff and cleaners which will arrive by the end of April.  Once distributed to our staff guidelines will be developed for their use and most likely clients will see our staff wearing these masks beginning early May.

In early March an order was placed for several Protexus Disinfectant Electrostatic Sprayers, (a very significant investment) which will provide 360 degrees of disinfecting capabilities.  Most cleaning services charge at minimum $100 to several hundreds of dollars for this service, we will be offering it free of charge to all clients throughout this pandemic.
