Very happy with Maid 2 Satisfy services. Had a lot of scuffs/marks on the floors from when the... place was constructed, likely glue from laying down the floors. By the time they were done, floors looked amazing. Did a great job with other general areas like kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. A little steep in price though. But the two ladies who serviced my home were friendly and professional. Overall satisfied with results!read more

Cleaners were ahead of schedule and showed up early, which was fine. They did a nice job for... a basic cleaning (vacuum, dust, clean floors, kitchen and bathroom). 4 start instead of 5 because even with the special, it's pretty pricey. 2 hour minimum, they were only there 1.5 hours, but I still had to pay the full amount.read more

The maids were nice. They worked around me as I was home. Main points like dusting and... bathroom were attentively cleaned and scrubbed. would do five start but the pricing is too high. There is a 2 hour minimum but they charge by hour. If that’s the case they should do a set price for the first two hours and then charge per time considering when i called they said 175$ an hour and not until i talked with the maids the day of cleaning that there was a 2 hour min which brings your service well over 300$ for a one time service.read more

The girls that came did a good job with what they did, however I was looking for more than... just a standard cleaning. Example, I asked if I could help move the couches so they can clean the floors underneath, and got a very confused look and told they generally don't do that. I was also looking for a good wipe down of baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. But what they did do was good.read more

My husband travels Mon-Fri for work and I wanted to keep our weekends as free of chores as... possible so that we can enjoy that time together. The cleaners were very professional and thorough. My husband inspects hotels for a living and could find no fault when he arrived home the next day (and he is SUPER picky and notices EVERYTHING). Happy to pay a bit more for the service to help support the business and its cleaners. My husband is also a Navy vet so supporting a vet-owned business is also a plus.read more
